Hello, I'm J.P. and I love Phoenix!  I grew up in the Ahwatukee suburb of Phoenix before moving to Tucson to attend the University of Arizona.  While there, I earned a degree in Business Marketing and Entrepreneurship, while proudly serving as the Pro Consul of the Sigma Chi Fraternity and the Student Body President of the University.  I have been licensed to sell real estate in the State of Arizona since 2004, and am currently attending the U of A's Executive MBA program in Scottsdale to expand my business skills.  I am currently a resident of the Arcadia Area in Phoenix and love my neighborhood!  I have extensive experience in the Tempe area near Arizona State University, as well as in Arcadia and Scottsdale. I love selling homes in the Phoenix area and I love being a REALTOR in one of the fastest growing counties in the country. Search for Homes 

As you will see in the header title "Home Search", I've set up a great searching tool for you to use. Using patented technology, my company has allowed you to search as broadly, or focused as you want to in the Phoenix area MLS system. This is great for those of you who want to search for homes for sale in the Phoenix area, but also works in other parts of Arizona. You can also save a search by registering on this website and have new properties emailed to you as they come on the market.  If you have a very specific criteria, please let me know and I will perform a custom search for you.

Knowledge
